In general, you can use our website without providing personal data. Where personal data (such as name, address, or email addresses) is collected on our pages, this is done on a voluntary basis wherever possible.

2. Hosting & Content Delivery Networks (CDN)

Vercel

We host our website at Vercel Inc., 340 S Lemon Ave #4133, Walnut, CA 91789, USA.

Vercel is a cloud platform provider. When you visit our website, log files (IP addresses, browser data) are automatically collected by Vercel to ensure the security and stability of the service.

3. Data Collection on Our Website

Contact Form

If you submit inquiries via the contact form, your details from the inquiry form, including the contact data you provided, will be stored for the purpose of processing the request and in case of follow-up questions. We do not share this data without your consent.

The processing of this data is based on Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR, provided your request relates to the performance of a contract or is necessary for pre-contractual measures.

Database (Neon)

Our database is provided by Neon Inc. Server locations are preferably within the European Union (AWS Frankfurt) to ensure GDPR compliance.

4. Your Rights

You have the right to receive free information about your stored personal data, their origin and recipients, and the purpose of data processing at any time, as well as the right to correct, block, or delete this data. You can contact us at any time using the address provided in the legal notice for this and further questions on personal data.

5. Web Analytics (Google Analytics 4)

This website uses Google Analytics 4, a web analytics service provided by Google LLC, 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA ("Google"). We use two GA4 properties: G-1H8FTBMKTF (stollcloudconsulting.com) and G-K236FEB4C1 (stollcloudconsulting.de).

Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR (consent). Google Analytics is only loaded after your explicit consent via the cookie banner. No tracking occurs without your consent.

Data processed: IP address (automatically anonymized by GA4), usage data, device information, page views.

Transfer to third countries: Data is processed by Google LLC (USA). The transfer is based on EU Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs).

Retention period: 14 months in Google Analytics, then aggregated.

Right to withdraw: You may withdraw your consent at any time by clearing your browser cookies or declining via the cookie banner on your next visit. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out prior to withdrawal.

Opt-out: You can prevent data collection by Google Analytics using the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on: https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout

6. Web Analytics (Vercel Analytics)

Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest). Our legitimate interest lies in analyzing aggregated visitor patterns to improve website content and user experience.

Vercel Analytics is cookieless and anonymous. No personal data is collected and no IP addresses are stored. Statistics are fully aggregated.

Transfer to third countries: This website is hosted on Vercel Inc. (USA) infrastructure. Since no personal data is collected, no transfer of personal data takes place.

7. Appointment Scheduling (Calendly)

The pages /contact and /services/tenant-audit embed an appointment booking widget from Calendly LLC, 3423 Piedmont Road NE, Suite 100, Atlanta, GA 30305, USA.

Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures). The widget only loads when you actively wish to book an appointment.

Data processed: Name, email address, selected appointment time.

Transfer to third countries: Data is processed by Calendly LLC (USA). The transfer is based on EU Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs).

Retention period: Appointment data is retained for the duration of the business relationship plus 12 months.

8. Data Retention Periods

We store personal data only for as long as necessary for the respective purposes. The following table provides an overview of retention periods:
